Special Delivery
If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery instead of Recorded Delivery, please click the button below. This will add a £1.50 surcharge to the order on top of the normal postage charge.
The items will then be dispatch within 24 hours of receipt of your order by Next Working Day Delivery (i.e. Place your order on Monday, we will despatched on Tuesday to be with you before 1pm on Wednesday).
Mainland USA: the cost of shipping to the USA for any size order will be an additional £7.50 on top of the normal postage cost of £2.50. Please click the button below to add this surcharge to your basket.
Your purchase will be sent by "International Signed For" delivery that includes tracking and insurance. Please be advised that you will be responsible for any taxes or custom charges.
Europe, Australia and New Zealand: Please email us before placing your order so that we can advise you of the postage costs.

If you would like to pay by cheque or postal order (UK customers only), please email us with details of the items you wish to reserve. Please make cheques payable to Madison Mae.

With the exception of Wrap bracelets, the approximate length of all our jewellery is described for each item.
If you would like your Madison Mae necklace or bracelet re-sized to fit you perfectly, please contact us at info@madison-mae.co.uk and we will be able to advise you of the fee for this service.
As lengthening the item will be bespoke for you, we do not refund or exchange any item that has been re-sized for you.
Due to the nature of our products, please assume that only 1 piece of jewellery is available under each heading. If you require duplicates please contact us to check the availabilty.
We endevour to keep the site constantly updated, if however 2 orders come in for the same item before the site is updated we will provide them on a first come first served basis, an alternative will be offered to avoid disappointment.
Items under £15.00 (except chockers and earrings) will be presented in our elegant black paper pouches, wrapped in tissue paper. If you would like the item(s) in a gift box, a £1.00 surcharge will be incurred. Please inform us if you would like a gift box instead of the pouch.
Earrings and Chokers are presented in gift boxes.
Items over £15.00 will be presented in White or Black Madison-Mae gift boxes.
