Bridal Boutique jewellery and accessories.

Please be aware that the following terms and conditions only apply to items on the bridal boutique pages. If you are purchasing items that are not on the bridal boutique, please click on this link for the terms and conditions of non-bridal jewellery.

How soon will I receive my order?

Everything in the Bridal Boutique is made to order especially for you. Due to the length of time some items take to make, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to be made and dispatched to you.

Once you have placed your order, we will email you with a confirmation of the order and an expected date of delivery. We will also email you again once the jewellery has been posted to you.

If you have a deadline and need your jewellery by a certain date, please email us first so that we can advise you whether this will be possible.

What if I want an item made in different colours?

Madison Mae understands how important it is to have the perfect jewellery for your special occasion. If you see a design on our website that you would like altered (size, colour etc) please email us at info@madison-mae.co.uk at the time of placing your order, with details of the desired length and/or colours. We will then contact you regarding your request. Alternatively you can email us prior to placing your order, full payment will then be required prior to your jewellery being made.

Please allow between 2-4 weeks for your jewellery to be custom made and dispatched.

Please note that at this time we do not make necklaces, earrings and bracelets in gold.

I would like something unique made for my special day, do you offer a bespoke service?

Can I have a different clasp or earring attachments?

Earrings: If you would prefer to have either scroll-back attachments (as seen on Lavelle) or fish hook attachments (as seen on Meree) please email us at the time of placing your order and we will change this free of charge. If you require Clip on earrings (for un-pierced ears) this can be arranged and there will be a £15.00 per pair surcharge for this, due to the material costs involved. Please contact us for this service. Please be advised that we do not accept returns for any earrings due to hygiene, including earrings that were purchased as part of a set. Necklaces and bracelets; if you would like a different clasp on your bracelet or necklace, please contact us as this can easily be arranged.

How can I pay?

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Paypal - We accept payment made through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure method of paying. You can either become a Paypal member or pay with a one-off card payment. Visit www.paypal.co.uk for further details. Cheque - If you would like to pay by cheque (UK customers only), please email us with details of the items you wish to reserve. Please make the cheque payable to Madison Mae.

Items will only be dispatched when the cheque has cleared. Please allow up to 7 business days. Unfortunately we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments by phone.

Special Delivery

If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery instead of Recorded Delivery, please click the button below. This will add a £1.50 surcharge to the order on top of the normal postage charge.

International

Please ensure you contact us prior to placing your order so that we can calculate the exact shipping costs. If you complete an order without seeking confirmation of the shipping costs, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the additional charges.

Please be advised that you will be responsible for any customs charges or taxes in your own country.

How is the jewellery wrapped.

All items of jewellery and accessories are beautifully presented in a gift box. Items such as wrap bracelets, hair pins, mobile charms and bag charms are beautifully wrapped and are presented in either a gift bag or gift pouch.

All items are carefully packaged to avoid the risk of damage in transit.

Returns

We understand that ordering jewellery over the internet can be quite daunting. If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to have a refund or exchange, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. Due to hygiene reason, we do not accept exchange or refund earrings, or sets with earrings in. If you wish to have a refund or exchange any items, please return it to us, un-used, in its original packaging. We cannot accept items for refund or exchange if they are returned to us used or damaged. We suggest that you return the item by Special delivery to ensure its safe arrival. We do not refund the cost of postage and packaging if you wish to return or exchange an item. In the unlikely event you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 2 day of receiving your order and retain all the packaging. We are unable to exchange/refund fully bespoke items - jewellery that has designed to your specific requirements.

Privacy

We do not pass any of your details on to third parties.
